Our Menu Creation Criteria

Flavour First: The menu features delicious dishes, with flavour being the top priority. Each dish is thoughtfully structured not only for its taste but also to highlight the aromatic qualities of fresh herbs, ensuring that every bite offers a delightful combination of visual appeal, captivating aromas, and exquisite flavour.

High-Quality Ingredients: Fresh, local ingredients, free from chemicals and preservatives.

Local Dishes with an Argentine Twist: Inspired by Alpine cuisine, the menu blends local dishes with Argentine flavours.

Seasonal Ingredients and Selected Wines: We focus on seasonal ingredients for freshness and sustainability. Each dish will be paired with carefully selected French wines from different regions.

Healthy and Light: Besides being tasty, the dishes are designed to be nutritious and light, supporting easy digestion for peak performance during the day and a restful night’s sleep, essential for active people.

    • Olive and feta ‘cake’ with tomato, rosemary and chilli chutney

    • Roasted cod loin, confit new potatoes and warm mussel tartare sauce
